We do not access your emails, contacts, Drive files, or anything unrelated to booking functions.

You may revoke calendar permissions at any time through your Google Account settings.

1.2 Phone Numbers & Call Forwarding

To provide call handling, outbound dialing, call routing, and forwarding features, we collect:

  • Your business phone number

  • Forwarding numbers you choose to connect

  • Caller IDs and call metadata generated through the system

This information is used only to enable proper routing, forwarding, and communication through your AI receptionist.

1.3 Form Submissions & Business Information

When you fill out forms on our website or onboarding documents, we may collect:
